It\u2019s only natural, as the calendar rolls to end 2021, that we take a look back upon a second year of COVID-19 in our community as well as the massive efforts to combat its effects.<\/p>\n

Our list of initiatives, accomplishments, and turning points at Swope Health shows that we have built momentum and set a course for a stronger, healthier, more resilient community for all.<\/p>\n

As we continue to grow stronger and expand our reach, we deeply appreciate the community assistance and advocacy for our work at Swope Health.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Throughout the year, we serve 45,000 patients through more than 200,000 visits in metro area.\u00a0The deliberate work that we do every day is about empowering our community and removing barriers to high-quality, comprehensive care for those who need it most.<\/p>\n

We invite you to take a moment to review the summary of the year, and consider a <\/em>contribution<\/em><\/a> \u2013 of any type in any amount \u2013 to help us expand our care, especially for uninsured patients, the homeless, and anyone in need.<\/em><\/p>\n
